1. About Musikkii
We are dedicated to providing high-quality, accessible music education for students of all ages. Our mission is to empower musicians, worldwide, through personalized lessons and a seamless learning experience.
2. Studio Communication & Contact Information
All communication regarding scheduling, billing, and lesson information will be handled through
My Music Staff and our official studio email: [email protected]
We do not share personal phone numbers or emails. If you need assistance, please use your
Parent or Student Portal or contact us by email.
3. Tuition & Payment Policies
● Invoices: Sent on the 28th of each month for the following month.
● Payments Due: On the 1st of the month.
● Auto-Pay Option: Auto-Pay is available and encouraged for convenience.
● Late Payments: A late fee may be applied for payments received after the 5th of the
month.
● Missed Payments: Students with unpaid invoices may not attend lessons until payment
is received.
4. Scheduling, Attendance & Cancellations
📌 24-Hour Cancellation Notice Required
Students must cancel at least 24 hours in advance through the Student Portal , by email, or by
text (for emergencies only).
If a student cancels within 24 hours , they will be charged in full but will receive a short
personalized video lesson from their teacher, with a recap of their last lesson and new
material to work on.
📌 Rescheduling Policy
Students who cancel with 24+ hours’ notice may reschedule their lesson within the same
billing cycle, subject to teacher availability.
If no reschedule is available, students may attend a Group Makeup Lesson instead.
Group Makeup Lessons may include:
● Music techniques & skills
● Music history & theory
● Interactive practice
● Q&A forumStudents who cannot reschedule or attend a group makeup lesson will forfeit the lesson.
📌 No-Shows (Missed Lesson Without Notice)
Students who do not show up and do not cancel will be charged in full.
No video recap or materials will be provided for no-shows.
Teachers will wait 15 minutes before marking a student as a no-show.
📌 Frequent Cancellations
Students with frequent cancellations may lose eligibility for discounted weekly lesson rates.
📌 Teacher Cancellations & Extended Absences
If a teacher cancels a lesson, students may:
● Reschedule the lesson
● OR receive a lesson credit applied to the following month’s invoiceTeachers are expected to be on time for all scheduled lessons.
If a teacher is late by more than 5 minutes , they will notify Musikkii Admin immediately.
5. Student & Parent Portals
Each student and parent will have a dedicated portal through My Music Staff for:🎵 Lesson notes🎵 Document & repertoire downloads🎵 Practice logs🎵 Scheduling & payments
It is required that both Parent and Student Portals be set up.

6. Lesson Expectations
Students are expected to:
● Arrive on time and prepared
● Have their instrument in working condition, music, and materials ready
● Ensure reliable internet and device setup for online lessons
Lessons will not be rescheduled due to broken instruments, poor internet
connectivity, or technical issues
● Practice regularly and use the Practice Log in their portalParents are encouraged to support student practice and review lesson notes weekly.
7. Lesson Recordings & Safety
All lessons are recorded for:
● Student review● Teacher assessment and training
● Safety and legal purposes
Recordings are stored securely and may be made available to parents upon request.

By enrolling in lessons with Musikkii, you agree to these studio policies.
