Yes! You can purchase a Musikkii gift card through our secure gift card portal: Musikkii Gift Cards.
Once purchased, your recipient will receive a unique code they can enter at checkout to redeem the gift card value toward lessons. Gift cards never expire and can be applied to any subscription or package we offer. Perfect for birthdays, holidays, or simply sharing the joy of music!
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your secure billing portal: Manage My Subscription.

Note: Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle—no refunds are issued for unused lessons. If you cancel mid-month, you may continue lessons until the end of that month or forfeit the remaining lessons.
If your payment doesn’t go through, Stripe will automatically try any backup payment methods you’ve added. If all attempts fail, your lesson slot will be paused and we’ll reach out right away to help you resolve the issue.
To avoid missing a lesson or losing access to tools like Sight Reading Factory, Noteflight, BandLab, and your MMS Portal, please make sure your payment details are up to date.

All scheduling is handled through your secure Student Portal at www.musikkii.com/#studentportal.
You can cancel or reschedule a lesson with at least 24 hours’ notice through your portal or by emailing [email protected].
If you cancel within 24 hours, the lesson will still be charged—but you’ll receive a customized video review from your teacher as part of our Never Miss a Lesson™ Guarantee, so you never fall behind.
No-shows without notice forfeit the lesson entirely, and no video or materials will be provided.
If your teacher cancels, we’ll either reschedule your lesson, find a qualified substitute, or provide a customized video review—covered by our Never Miss a Lesson™ Guarantee. We do our best to keep your learning on track without disruption.
