How do I schedule lessons?

All scheduling is handled through your secure Student Portal. Login here.

 

What’s your cancellation policy?

You can cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice through your portal.

  • Less than 24 hours: the lesson is charged, but you’ll receive a customized video review under our Never Miss a Lesson™ Guarantee.

  • No-shows: lesson is forfeited with no video or materials provided.

What happens if my teacher cancels?

If your teacher cancels, we’ll either reschedule your lesson, assign a qualified substitute, or provide a customized video review—covered by our Never Miss a Lesson™ Guarantee.

 

Do lessons get recorded?

Yes. All lessons are recorded for student review, teacher assessment, and safety. Recordings are stored securely for two weeks, or for as long as data storage allows, and can be accessed upon request. Request a resent lesson recording here.

How do I change teachers?

Teacher changes are handled manually. Please reach out via the contact form or email our support team, and we’ll assist with the transition.

Payment and Billing

How does pricing work?

Musikkii operates on a subscription-based model. Your subscription starts the day you sign up and renews on that same date each billing cycle (monthly or annually). This means your lessons roll over consistently from your start date. View subscriptions here.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! Annual subscriptions receive a 10% discount.

 

Do you offer gift cards? How do they work?

Yes! Recipients will receive a unique code they can redeem at checkout. View our gift cards here.

 



Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel anytime through your billing portal or by contacting our support team. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle; no refunds are issued mid-cycle. However, our Never Miss a Lesson™ Guarantee ensures you’ll still receive value even if you need to cancel late.

What happens if my payment is declined?

If your payment doesn’t go through, Stripe will retry your backup payment methods. If all attempts fail, your lesson slot will be paused until resolved. You can update billing information anytime through your secure billing portal.

Do you offer refunds?

No, we don’t offer refunds. However, our Never Miss a Lesson™ Guarantee ensures you’ll still receive value even if you need to cancel late.

How do I pick the right teacher?

We currently match teachers to students. Fill out your onboarding forms in detail, and you can also email us with additional information about your goals and needs so we can pair you with the best teacher.
